It has occurred to me, as it has occurred to most humans, that I am not alone in my pursuit of happiness. Nor am I alone in my ideals, lifestyle, or accomplishments. As much as I would like to think that I am entirely unique in every way, alas, I am not. Lets face it, someone out there probably looks a whole lot like me; someone likes to eat the same foods as me; someone probably has the same basic life profile. Married, two kids, two dogs, two cats, a mortgage, and an almost college degree. I'm not singular; no man is an island. It's a big ol' world out there and I'm a speck on it passing quickly.
But honestly, if I am to make a mark on this life, on any life I should start now. I've no idea how long I have or how long that job will take. Might as well get started then.
So in an effort to organize my pursuit of happiness and a life worth jotting down I am beginning this blog. I have no idea what I am doing. No education or knowledge of blogging. It's like jumping into the ocean knowing it's going to be cold, and hoping that I'll adjust quickly and start swimming. So, here I go. Watch me now!
